17th Meeting of European Heads of State Mining Authorities to be held in Poland

17th Meeting of European Heads of State Mining Authorities will take place from 27 to 29 September 2011 in Cracow. This year, the participants will discuss the topic “Legal acts and experiences on post-mining area restoration; national approaches concerning the inventory according to Article 20 of Directive 2006/21/EC".
The primary goal of the Meetings hold on yearly basis is to share experiences and best practices on safety and health issues in extractive industry.
17th Meeting of European Heads of State Mining Authorities has been included into the calendar of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council.
