The article focuses on selected issues associated with the creation, functioning and liquidation of the mining plant liquidation fund. It points to the premises for qualifying it as a reserve fund, and provides opinions opposing such qualification, its dissociation from the reclamation fund, the possibility of creating a mining plant liquidation fund by companies which conduct extractions based on concessions granted by the starost, as well as the time frames for awarding financing to the funds. The author further justifies the amendment to Article 28 of the GML, promoting the establishment of collaterals against claims.

The main purpose of the project was to develop a device whose implementation allowed for the correction of the vertical position (lifting) of the wall conveyor's drive zones in the area of the main and auxiliary drive. The device has become a key solution enabling the adjustment of the wall conveyor to the conditions prevailing in the wall in a manner that allows for smooth operation and simultaneously avoids the mining of waste rock. The result of the system's operation is vertical change of position of the wall conveyor's drives within a range dependent on the needs arising from mining-geological conditions. The active element is powered by oil-water emulsion or hydraulic oil. The system ensures "clean" coal mining and precise guidance of the drive zones, also improving the economy of the exploitation process. Thanks to the proposed system, the movement of the stream has become smooth and more efficient, which has significantly increased the efficiency of the mining process.
