The State Mining Authority undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Law of April 4, 2019 on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities.
The Statement on Accessibility applies to the website of the State Mining Authority.

The website complies with the Law of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

Due to the very large number of subpages of the State Mining Authority's website and the posting of information since 2002, some of the subpages of the website, published before September 23, 2018, may not be completely accessible, in accordance with Article 3(2)(3) of the aforementioned Law of April 4, 2019. However, at the request of a stakeholder, the SMA will adjust the notified page, due to its continued desire to achieve maximum compliance with the WCAG 2.1 standard

Information about the procedure

Anyone has the right to request the provision of accessibility to a digital website, mobile application or some element thereof.
It is also possible to request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the contents of a film without an audiotape, etc.
The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application is involved, and a method of contact. If the person making the request indicates the need to receive information through an alternative means of access, he or she should also specify a convenient way to present the information.
The public entity should implement the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the requester when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but the deadline shall not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to provide digital accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way to access the information.
If the public entity refuses to comply with the request to provide accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information, the requester may file a complaint on the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application.
After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.

The State Mining Authoritie's building complex includes two adjacent buildings.
The main office building, located at 31 Poniatowskiego Street, and an auxiliary building, located in the immediate vicinity, at 29 Poniatowskiego Street.
Service for people with physical disabilities, who move in wheelchairs, is provided (by appointment with the appropriate SMA organizational unit), in the building at 29 Poniatowskiego Street.

The building at 29 Poniatowskiego Street has two entrances.
The entrance directly from Poniatowskiego Street is by stairs only.
The entrance from the SMA courtyard, is equipped with a stair platform.
The operation of the platform and the possible provision of a parking space for a mobility impaired person, is carried out by employees who make appointments in advance.
The building has a toilet for the disabled accessible on the same level where people with physical disabilities are admitted.

The main building of the office at 31 Poniatowskiego Street.
Entrance to the building at 31 Poniatowskiego Street is possible only by taking the stairs from Poniatowskiego Street.
The office is located on the right side from the entrance.
The entrance to the building is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Attention boxes are installed in front of the entrance stairs and directly in front of the door to the building.
The building lacks ramps, stair platforms, elevators and ramps.
A toilet for the disabled is located on the first floor of the building.
The building offers an induction loop and an online Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter service.
In front of the entrance, a navigation device has been installed that works with the YourWay app, providing voice or text information about the office.

In the courtyard we have one parking space for the disabled.
There are no permanent parking spaces for the disabled at the entrance to both buildings, and in the immediate vicinity.
There is one parking space in the inner courtyard, marked as a handicapped space. Access to the courtyard is possible after contacting the security station.

Buildings A and B have one common entrance for visitors, from ground level, equipped with automatic sliding doors.

The reception desk is located opposite the entrance door; further passage is secured by a door.

The archive of the State Mining Authority is located in Building A. The archive rooms are accessible by a ramp that allows wheelchair access.
The District Mining Office in Katowice is located on the first, second and fourth floors of Building B, the Office's secretariat is located on the second floor.
The Department of Basic Infrastructure of Mining Plants (an organizational unit in the State Mining Authority) is located on the third floor of Building B, the Department's secretariat is located on the third floor.

Building B is equipped with an elevator serving all levels.
The elevator is wheelchair-accessible, has control buttons for reading in Braille, and a voice communication module.

The corridors of Building B are divided by doors with door closers.
On each floor of the building there is a toilet adapted to the needs of people with mobility disabilities.

There are two entrances to the office building.
The main entrance directly from the parking lot from Biała Street and the second from Zawisza Street.
The main entrance has a staircase without facilities for people with reduced mobility.
The second entrance, from Zawisza street, has a ramp for the disabled.

The building is equipped with two elevators serving all floors, the elevators are equipped with buttons with descriptions in Braille.

The District Mining Office in Gdańsk is located on the third floor. The office is located to the right of the entrance to the Office.

The building does not have toilets with facilities for the disabled.

There is a marked parking space for the disabled at the entrance from Zawiszy Street.

The building offers an induction loop and an online Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter service.
In front of the entrance, a navigation device has been installed that works with the YourWay application, providing voice or text information about the office.

The office building has seven entrances: two entrances from Wrzosowa Street (north side), four from the parking lot (south side), and one from the west side.
All entrances are from ground level.
Paging systems for the disabled are installed at the main entrances.
The main entrance has an automatic door.

The building is equipped with public elevators equipped with buttons with Braille signage.

The office is located on the second floor in the east wing of the building.
The office is located to the left of the entrance door to the Office.

Entrance to the office building housing the District Mining Office in Cracow is possible through three paved entrances on single-stage concrete platforms. Two of the entrances lack ramps, landings and step platforms.

The door from Ignacy Łukasiewicza Street, is accessed by a ramp adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility.
The building's reception area is accessible to the right of the entrance after climbing several internal stairs.
To the left of the entrance is the staff room, accessed by a tactile path.

The offices are located on the third floor of the building.
The building lacks an elevator.

The building lacks toilets for the disabled.

There are no parking spaces for the disabled in the immediate vicinity of the building.

District Mining Office in Krosno,
3 Armii Krajowej St., 38-400 Krosno

There are two entrances (main and side) to the office building where the District Mining Office in Krosno is located. There is a main entrance for visitors, which is a platform with an anti-slip insert, elevated above ground level by one step and equipped with an automatic door. The side entrance is accessed by two stairs and a platform. The entrance is equipped with a standard door. There are no ramps at either entrance.

 

The building's reception area is located to the left of the main entrance. The widths of the main door and the door to the service room allow wheelchair users and those with limited mobility to move freely.

The premises of the Krosno District Mining Office are located on the second floor.
People with mobility limitations who cannot climb the stairs are received in the service room on the first floor.

The building does not have an elevator, ramps, or step platforms to allow wheelchair users to move around.

The building does not have toilets adapted for the disabled

There are two entrances to the building, which houses the headquarters of the District Mining Office in Lublin. The main entrance from Magnoliowa Street and the second from the back of the building.
The premises of the District Mining Office in Lublin are located on the second floor. The Office premises are accessed by closed doors equipped with intercom and paging systems for the disabled.
The entrances are equipped with standard doors. There are ramps at both entrances.
The entrance from Magnolia Street leads up stairs. The office is located to the right of the entrance.
The entrance from the back of the building is equipped with an elevator. The elevator has buttons with signage in Braille. The law office is located on the left side from the entrance

Three parking spaces for the disabled are designated in the courtyard, also along Magnolia Street, where the building is located, three parking spaces are designated for the disabled.

The building offers an induction loop and an online Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter service.

There are two paved entrances to the office building: entrance C and entrance D.
Stairs lead to both entrances. There is a ramp for the disabled at the stairs to entrance D.

The Office is located on the first floor of the building. The Office's office is located to the right of the entrance to the Office premises.

Parking spaces for the disabled are located in the internal parking lot and in front of the property in the public parking lot.

Stairs lead from the first floor to the other floors of the office.
There are no facilities for people in wheelchairs or with mobility problems.
The building does not have an elevator.

On the first floor of the building are located the office, the administrative and accounting office and a toilet for the disabled. The secretariat is located on the second floor.

In front of the building there is a parking space for the disabled.

The office building housing the headquarters of the District Mining Office in Warsaw has one main entrance from the intersection of Wilcza Street and Poznańska Street.

The entrance to the building is from ground level and is equipped with automatic doors. The reception desk is located to the left of the entrance.

There is an elevator in the building. The person entering, on the way to the elevator, has to climb three stairs, which are a barrier, for example, for a person in a wheelchair. There is a lack of a ramp, a ramp and an access platform.
It is possible to lay out a ramp for wheelchair users.

The Office premises are located on the third floor of the building.
The Office premises are accessed by a closed door equipped with an intercom.
The Office is located to the right of the entrance to the Office premises.

There are 2 entrances to the office building where the District Mining Office in Wroclaw is located from the ground level. The main entrance from Kotlarska Street and the second from Kuźnicza Street.
The entrance to the building from Kuźnicza Street is not adapted for the disabled.

The Office can be entered only from Kotlarska Street. There are stairs at the main entrance, which disabled people can climb using a stair platform.
The platform is operated by a porter residing on the first floor of the building.

There is an elevator in the building, which is accessible after climbing the first flight of stairs./p>

The Office's rooms are located on the second floor of the building and are accessible from the staircase level after climbing two flights of stairs.
