State Mining Authority representatives at 9th China International Forum on Work Safety

On 15-17 October 2018, at the invitation of the State Administration of Occupational Safety of the People's Republic of China, President of the State Mining Authority Adam Mirek and Vice President of the State Mining Authority Krzysztof Król participated in the 9th  China International Forum on Work Safety in Hangzhou.  The 9th China International Forum on Work Safety  was hosted by the State Administration of Occupational Safety of the People's Republic of China, International Labour Organisation and the Self-Government of Zhejiang Province.

During the plenary sessions, the President of the State Mining Authority gave two lectures - "Mining supervision in Poland. Planning and responding to crisis situations in Polish underground mining" and "Mine Rescue in Poland". The Vice President of the State Mining Authority, in turn, presented "The state of safety in the Polish mining industry - prevention carried out by the mining authorities".

The cooperation of the State Mining Authority with Chinese institutions dealing particularly with safety issues in mining and reclamation of mining areas, has a long tradition. Chinese mining supervisory authorities visiting our country often use the expertise of representatives of mining supervisory authorities and scientific institutions related to the mining industry.
